The Farm: When it comes to freshness, TUNaWERTH Creamery, in Tenino, Washington, has some serious bragging rights. Their grass-fed Jersey, Guernsey and Holstein cows are milked twice daily, then small batches are run through a low pasteurization process, which helps retain the enzymes and natural flavor.
