The Baker: Co-owners/founders Jesse and Kit Schumann cut their first crusts as bakers in other local shops before deciding to rise to the challenge of doing their own thing with Sea Wolf. Those formative years gave them space to experiment with all kinds of mixes, shapes and bakes, and inspired them to integrate seasonal flavors from local markets into each distinctively delicious loaf. They’re a great example of the local food circle, using exclusively regionally sourced grains in all of their products.
