Whole Animal Bacon (Seattle)

We are excited to introduce you to the newest addition of our whole animal program, bacon, from our partners at Hidden River Farms. This is the beginning of a growing new program that aims to provide long-term support for our partner farms.

This subscription will allow you to try a rotating selection of unique and delicious cuts of bacon. We will first be introducing already beloved slab bacon as well as some awesome jowl bacon. We are working directly with our partners to share more special cuts with you such as sirloin bacon, Szechuan bacon, Canadian bacon, and shoulder bacon.
