We’re so pleased to offer flour from Cairnspring Mills, a true community-centric operation dedicated to preserving the agricultural heritage of Skagit Valley. Like many of our partners, their approach is focused on keeping farmers financially viable, shortening the distance between them and their customers, and conserving and enriching cherished farmland in the process.

Edison Organic All-Purpose Flour has a distinct golden color with nutty, buttery notes of flavor. Great for all-around baking use in cookies, pie crusts, dinner rolls, and our favorite — pancakes.
