Crisp Farms Organic Living Lettuce

Crisp Farms is located in Smithville, TX, about 45 minutes east of central Austin. In our16,000 sq ft greenhouse we grow certified Organic lettuce, herbs, and microgreens. We farm using a method called aquaponics which combines principals from aquaculture and hydroponics to utilize a naturally occurring symbiosis between fish and plants that results in exceptional quality produce as well as approximately a 90% reduction in water consumption and land use.
