Aloo Gobi (With many other things added)

Box Included Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower
  • Red Potatoes
  • Kale
  • Green Garlic
  • Shallot


  1. Follow this recipe for the Aloo Gobi as your base starting point and they give you many options to make this lighter, Dairy free .
  2. You can riff on this however you want by adding Kale, Shallot, Green garlic, Beets or Carrots if you received any of these in your box this week!

Fennel and orange salad

Box Included Ingredients:

  • Fennel
  • Orange
  • Watercress
  • Onion (Shallot or Red)

Additional Optional Ingredients:

  • Apple
  • Carrot
  • Green Garlic


  1. Use this recipe as your baseto work from for the ratio and for a good dressing to pair with.
  2. I like using watercress in salads like this becuase since it's smaller and really allows the veggies and other additions to really be the star rather than searching for the other stuff.
  3. Adding Shaved Apple, Carrot, or Green Garlic can really boost this salad up to be a show stopper that is so colorful and truely special.

Additional Info:

  • With thicker more crunchy vegies like the Carrot & Fennel I like them to soak in the dressing for ~10 minutes so the salt and acid have a little time to brake them down to become more tender and seasoned throughout.
  • It;s a great recipe to use your mandolin on so everything can be super thin. Or just slocce as thin as you feel comfortable with!
