We partnered with Cocktail Expert Robert Björn Taylor to create three seasonal beverages using some of our favorite locally-sourced ingredients available on our Local Holiday Market.

Austin Fizz
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Bourbon Whiskey (we like Still Austin Whiskey)
- 1 oz Basic B Chai Concentrate
- 1 oz Fronks Nut Milk - The Original
- .5 oz Bubb's Dark Cherry Vanilla Syrup
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- .5 oz Rambler Sparkling Water - Plain
Directions:
- Shake all ingredients except for the Rambler Sparkling Water in a shaker with ice.
- Pour with ice into Collins glass.
- Top with Rambler Sparkling Water.
- Garnish with cherry or lemon wheel.
Portland Punch
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Light Rum (we like Rum Riot Rum)
- 1 oz Silver Julep Punch Mixer
- .5 oz Fresh Orange Juice
- .25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup (if you want to add a little more sweetness)
Directions:
- Shake all ingredients in a shaker.
- Pour over ice into a Rocks glass.
- Garnish with orange slice.
Seattle Sour
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Rye Whiskey (we like Fremont Mischief Storm Tossed)
- 1 oz Girl Meets Dirt Ruby Spiced Apple Shrub
- .25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- Jacobsen Salt Co. Cherrywood Smoked Salt
Directions:
- Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice.
- Strain into a Coup glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
