RECIPES: MilkRun Winter Cocktails


We partnered with Cocktail Expert Robert Björn Taylor to create three seasonal beverages using some of our favorite locally-sourced ingredients available on our Local Holiday Market.

Austin Fizz


  • 1.5 oz Bourbon Whiskey (we like Still Austin Whiskey)
  • 1 oz Basic B Chai Concentrate
  • 1 oz Fronks Nut Milk - The Original
  • .5 oz Bubb's Dark Cherry Vanilla Syrup
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • .5 oz Rambler Sparkling Water - Plain


  1. Shake all ingredients except for the Rambler Sparkling Water in a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour with ice into Collins glass.
  3. Top with Rambler Sparkling Water.
  4. Garnish with cherry or lemon wheel. 

Portland Punch


  • 1.5 oz Light Rum (we like Rum Riot Rum)
  • 1 oz Silver Julep Punch Mixer
  • .5 oz Fresh Orange Juice
  • .25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup (if you want to add a little more sweetness)


  1. Shake all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. Pour over ice into a Rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with orange slice.

Seattle Sour


  • 1.5 oz Rye Whiskey (we like Fremont Mischief Storm Tossed)
  • 1 oz Girl Meets Dirt Ruby Spiced Apple Shrub
  • .25 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Simple Syrup
  • Jacobsen Salt Co. Cherrywood Smoked Salt


  1. Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice. 
  2. Strain into a Coup glass.
  3. Garnish with lemon peel.
