GFY 12" Pizza Crust (Austin)

The Bread:These artisan, New York stylepizzas, with their chewy crusts are par baked and ready for you to dress them with your favorite sauce, cheese and toppings.  Gluten free and vegan. 

The Baker: After being diagnosed with exercise-induced anaphylaxis triggered by gluten, and learning of the limited options available for gf people, Tim began experimenting with his own gf flour blends. Now, with Gluten Free Yourself, he's on a mission to demonstrate how delicious gf foods can be when prepared correctly. Playful and cheeky, when he's not baking his buns off, Tim is connecting the gf community to helpful articles and recipes with the hashtag #gfYourselfK or #gfyk

Ingredients: flour base (white rice flour, brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt), water, Organic golden flaxseed, Vegetable oil blend ([modified palm oil, canola, and olive oils] water, salt, sunflower lecithin, lactic acid, Annatto extract), , Organic blue Agave, yeast, olive oil, salt, apple cider vinegar 
*Will stay fresh 10 days in the refrigerator, or 3 months in the freezer.*
*Please note: toppings not included.*
Allow to thaw to room temperature, add your favorite toppings and bake.
Baking Pizza: Oven rack to middle position. Preheat to 375°F. Bake 16 minutes, or longer for a crispier crust.
