Booze Thyme Cherries (Austin)

In a continuation of recipes from Taste Elevated out of Castroville, TX, our friends at Antonelli's Cheese Shop in Austin have teamed up with Lori Krieger to carry on her legacy through a new offering called Antonelli's Table. We are excited to be the first in town to offer these Booze Thyme Cherries.

Brined in a potion of amaretto and brandy and finished with thyme, what you choose to conjure with these is limited only by your imagination. Use them in a pan sauce for that pan-seared pork roast, muddle them into your favorite cocktail, or just drizzle 'em on some sourdough. Can't go wrong.
