To set up an order, please follow these steps:
1. Create an account on our website here.
2. Choose the products you would like in your subscription (Example: I want a large produce box each week!)
2(a). In the “subscribe and save” box below the product image, choose the cadence you would like for this product - weekly, every two weeks, every three weeks, or every four weeks.
2(b). Click the blue "Add to Subscription" button to add the product to your cart.
3. Be sure to specify the frequency on every item you add to your cart, even if you’d like them at the same frequency! You are able to subscribe to multiple items at different frequencies (Example: “I want a small produce box each Friday, and a pasture-raised meat box every other Friday” requires you to choose ‘1 Week’ when you add your produce box and to choose ‘2 Weeks’ when you add your meat box).
4. When you are satisfied with your subscription, choose either:
4(a). Local Delivery for Portland customers (we do not offer pickup for Portland) by entering your zip code and clicking the magnifying glass icon
4(b). Local Delivery or Local Pickup for Seattle Customers - our pickup address is 5707 Airport Way S, Seattle, WA 98108.
5. A second text area will then open asking you to choose your delivery date. Select the date you would like your first order delivered. Recurring orders will then occur on that same day of the week at whatever frequency you previously chose. For recurring deliveries, this will be the delivery day of the week for all subsequent deliveries of this product.
**Please note that if you hit “Check Out” without completing steps 4 and 5, the system will choose a day for you.
6. Click the blue check out button
7. You will be taken to the checkout page, where you will input your delivery address.
7(a). If you have a call box, would like a phone call upon delivery, or have specific instructions on how to locate your address, please include them in the line titled “Apt, suite, etc.”
7(b). If you have a discount code you would like to use, you may add it by clicking on the blue text that reads “Have a discount code? Enter it here” in the Order Summary box on the right side of the page
7(c). When you are finished, click the blue Continue button at the bottom of the page and wrap up checkout.

Example Check Out Situations:
Same Delivery Day, Multiple Subscription Boxes
Mary would like a Seafood box, a Small Produce box, and an Egg add-on, all delivered on Mondays weekly
Mary adds the Seafood box to her cart by heading to the “Shop Now” page and clicking on the picture of the Seafood box, which will direct her to the product description page.
She chooses the “Subscribe and Save (10%)” option. She specifies that she would like the Seafood box to deliver every 1 week, then clicks the blue “Add to Order” button - see image below:

Multiple Delivery Days, Multiple Subscription Boxes
Sean would like to receive a Small Produce box on Mondays, and a Meat box on Fridays every week.
Sean adds the Small Produce box to his cart by heading to the “Shop Now” page and clicking on the picture of the Small Produce box, which will direct him to the product description page.
He chooses the “Subscribe and Save (10%)” option. He specifies that he would like the Small Produce box to deliver every 1 week, then clicks the blue “Add to Order” button - see image below: 
Sean checks out with only the Small Produce box in his cart (for step-by-step instructions, please see “How Does Ordering Work?” steps 4-7)- during the checkout process, he chooses the next upcoming Monday to receive his first Small Produce box.
After checking out successfully with his Small Produce box, Sean repeats the process with the Meat box.
Upon checkout, he chooses the next upcoming Friday to receive his first Meat box.
Multiple Subscription Boxes Staggered on Different Delivery Cadences
Amy would like to receive a Large Produce box weekly on Mondays, and a Meat box once every fourth Monday
Amy adds the Large Produce box to her cart by heading to the “Shop Now” page and clicking on the picture of the Large Produce box, which will direct her to the product description page.
She chooses the “Subscribe and Save (10%)” option. She specifies that she would like the Large Produce box to deliver every 1 week, then clicks the blue “Add to Order” button - see image below:

Amy checks out with only the Large Produce box in her cart (for step-by-step instructions, please see “How Does Ordering Work?” steps 4-7)- during the checkout process, she chooses the next upcoming Monday to receive her first Large Produce box.
After checking out successfully with her Large Produce box, Amy repeats the process with the Meat box, except she chooses delivery every 4 weeks before clicking the blue “Add to Order” button
Upon checkout, she chooses the Monday date she would like to receive her first Meat box.
Regular Subscription Delivery, Plus a One-Time Order
Daniel has a subscription for a Small Produce box delivering weekly every Monday. This week, he would like to add bread to his order, and would like it to arrive with his weekly Small Produce box.
Daniel adds the Bread add-on to his cart by heading to the “Shop Now” page and clicking on the picture of the Bread add-on, which will direct him to the product description page.
He chooses the “One-time purchase” option, then clicks the blue “Add to Order” button - see image below:
Upon checkout, he chooses the next upcoming Monday date he would like to receive the Bread add-on.
We will see both these orders in our records, and will combine them for him for delivery!
