The Sourdough Project

The Sourdough Project are makers of handmade, small-batch sourdough crackers  containing simple, high-quality ingredients. Based in Austin, TX, the husband-and-wife owned small business from JenniferHolmer El-Azzi and Danny El-Azzi began selling their crackers at local farmers’ markets in 2018, and have quickly grown to being stocked on shelves around Texas. The crackers are flaky, tangy and cheesy without containing dairy, and pair perfectly with cheese and charcuterie boards, jams, dips and more.

All 8 varieties use only Heirloom wheat varieties grown organically here in Texas. Our wheat is freshly stone ground by Barton Springs Mill.
