2 Denver Steaks- 8 oz
Cut from the center of the Under Blade, these steaks are extremely tender with a good amount of marbling and beef flavor. Best when cooked over high heat on the grill.
Hanger Steak- 24 oz
A thicker cut within the Short Plate that's full of flavor with a coarse texture. Marinate and grill.
Merlot- 36 oz
Similar in appearance to the Flank Steak, but with a finer texture. Grill quickly over high heat.
Outside Skirt Steak- 32 oz
Skirt steak is one of the most flavorful cuts of beef, and even though it's also one of the tougher cuts with a lot of connective tissue, it's still a great steak for grilling.
