Cold Smoked Salmon

A smoky, flavorful salmon that’s ready for your toasted bagels!

This slightly sweet and fleshy fish is smoked using an original cold smoked salmon recipe perfected by Dr. Art Tilgner of Cordova, AK. Combining European style cold smoking with new techniques, these small batches are now overseen by Head Smoker, Jaime Bellefeuille of family-owned Kenai-Red Fish Company in Ninilchik, AK.

This wild sockeye salmon is the world-famous Cook Inlet sockeye — the Kenai and Kasilof Reds — and is caught within 10 miles of Kenai-Red’s property. Pretty awesome.
