Ciabatta Buns

Macrina Bakery first broke bread with Seattle in 1993. Since then, this Seattle institution has been rolling and kneading regional ingredients into its rustic breads and pastries using traditional Italian baking techniques.

These traditional Italian bread rolls feature just the right balance of thin crust, savory flavor, and a soft, chewy interior. They’re great for sandwiches and spreads, but especially great for that classic Caprese combo of ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil.
