Windy Bar Ranch's 100% source verified Black Angus Beef is as storied as the family that owns and operates the Ranch. Dating back to the 1850's, Michael Klein comes from a long line of cattle ranchers and Windy Bar's story begins when he and his father bought their first angus heifers back in 1983.
Now, all of their cattle are born, raised, and fed right on their ranch. With sustainability in mind, they employ a grazing rotation that fertilizes and regenerates the land they graze. After over three decades of careful record keeping, culling, and patient observation, Michael produces the best angus beef in the Austin/San Antonio area which also follows all of the USDA requirements.
